Maple Glazed Turkey with Sage
This dish was inspired by a Tyler Florence recipe. The first time I made it I followed the receipt to the word. But since I’ve twisted it up a bit. Sorry I’m not so good with measurements as I usually just eye ball everything when I cook so you may need to tweak to your liking.
Ingredients:
14lbs turkey
1/2 bunch fresh sage
1/2 onion

Christmas Eve Feast
Since I opted to sit back this year on making Turkey Day Dinner I took it upon myself to entertain my family for Christmas Eve. Unfortunately my folks were stuck home with the Flu but my brothers are more than capable to feast on a meal for 8 just by themselves.

Grilled Salmon with Quinoa
So I made an attempt to make quinoa appealing to my hubby. He’s the complete opposite of me when it comes to food and has “pickier” taste.
I prepared the quinoa with some extra fixings: red peppers, onions, pigeon peas, raisins, and cooked it with vegetable stock instead of water. I plated it on the side with grilled Salmon & sauteed red cabbage and he ate it. He still...
