Hubby & I took a trip to Tom’s “Diner” (bklyn, ny) this past weekend to get our pancake fix. Lucky for us the wait wasn’t as long as it could be or usually is. We stood on line for approx. 15 mins, with cookie sandwiches, fried turkey ham, & turkey sausage to tie us over, we almost forgot we were waiting.
